How do I create an account?
Download HandyLink from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap "Get Started". You can register as a client looking for services or as a service provider offering your skills.
How do I book a service?
Search or browse service categories, select a provider, view their profile and ratings, then tap "Book Now" to send a booking request. The provider will confirm your request.
How do I become a service provider?
Register with the "Service Provider" account type, complete your profile, submit your verification documents, and set your availability. Once verified, clients can find and book you.
How do payments work?
Payments are handled securely within the app. Service providers receive earnings after a booking is completed. For payment disputes or issues, please contact our support team.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from within the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing support@alfaglobal.com with your registered phone number.
